Introducing himself to audiences with his first singles as a sort of Kiko Veneno for millennials, the Cadiz native gave us, with his debut EP “ULTRA, MARINO,” a handful of songs combining indie pop melodies with elaborate singer-songwriter lyrics and urban R&B beats, without overlooking its doses of pure ethereal dreampop. Halfway between Toro & Moi and James Blake, and local acts like Sen Senra or Ganges, the word of O’Cristo is most welcome in this holy house.
