The ultimate example of DYI, Tuelipe creates, through the playful use of monophonic analog synthesizers and repetitive melodies, a synth punk that is as minimalist as it is mesmeric, with experimentation and fun just a keystroke away. The Fall, Young Marble Giants, The Sound and KaS Product are just some of the decisive influences cited by Pascale Bessem, who we already enjoyed at a Monkey Week as part of the post-punk trio Kilkil, in their debut, with the very hypnotic “mono game”.
